- A preliminary evaluation of your child’s sleep
- A 60 minute consultation call
- A bespoke sleep plan for your baby
- 3 x follow up phone calls to discuss your progress against the plan
- 1 x week of unlimited email or whatsapp support
- Daily Sleep Logs

Newborn Sleep Consultation

This package is for new parents to guide them through those very early weeks. Together we will gently lay the foundations for healthy daytime and nighttime sleep.

- A 60 minute consultation call

- 2 x weeks of unlimited email or whatsapp support
